At Yellow Clothing Ltd, we want you to love your new look; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the return slip is included inside the parcel to help us identify your order.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
